A fair review – pros and cons

The staff are friendly and always attentive, making each visit welcoming and enjoyable. I appreciate the cozy fire place area, perfect for relaxing or working with colleagues.

Cleanliness was an issue. my room had a musty odor that wasn't expected. Further, the check-in process felt disorganized and delayed my arrival significantly.

The hotel was spacious and had a nice large flat-screen TV in the room. However, the cleanliness could be improved as the bathroom had issues, and there were instances of noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, it’s suitable for a quick stay, but not ideal for a getaway or longer visit.

The Courtyard provided a very comfortable atmosphere with a strong water pressure in the shower, and I appreciated the extra soap in the bathroom. The complimentary coffee in the lobby and the attentive staff contributed to a pleasant stay, making it feel special compared to other locations. Overall, this hotel stands out in service and amenities, reinforcing why I choose Courtyard for business trips.

The King Room Sofa Bed felt clean and spacious. However, the pool was small and uninviting during my stay.

The staff here were incredibly nice and attentive, making our family feel right at home. The overall cleanliness and spaciousness of the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds accommodated our large family perfectly, and the strong water pressure in the shower was a bonus, especially with two young kids.

My kids wished there was a designated play area for them.

the courtyards were inviting, and the staff was polite and always willing to help. we loved the fitness center with great cardio equipment. the king room with sofa bed was clean, and the beds felt super comfortable, especially after a long drive from fl to new england.

Friendly staff greeted me, making check-in smooth. The King Room with Sofa Bed was clean and comfortable, but the noise from nearby entertainment was disruptive, and the insulation didn't seem effective for a peaceful night's rest. I enjoyed a delicious grilled sandwich from the bar, but I could hear thumping bass until late, making it hard to relax. While the lobby area was inviting for meetings, the location's acoustics need improvement for a truly restful stay.

I had a great time during my one-night stay! The green environment and clean, spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds really stood out, but I noticed the air felt a bit stale compared to the bright, fresh photos. I'd come back again!
